Ver. 7.0.18

  • Updated tenancy renewal to update the property information the first time it is saved.
  • Add the login sessions and login history information to the negotiators front dashboard.
  • Added the creation user & date, last updated user & date and the code to the changes list header in the contact, property, event & tenancy sections.
  • Added more logic to the tenants and landlords section in the tenancy to restrict based on whether they have ledgers posted against them.
  • Changed the contact and property management grid to space the columns better and to show the property if on the contacts section.
  • Added the ability to click on a link e.g. in an email and once logged in automatically navigate to the URL.

Ver. 7.0.17

  • Added the "Accepted" and "Rejected" label instead for the status of offers in grids.
  • Added a "Grid To List" option to the matching windows to move the selected items to a grid for processing.
  • Changed the tenancy grid to show periodic instead of end date if > 2099 or let type is periodic.
  • Rewording on the workflow add step dialog to match PCHomes.
  • Changed the property overview links panel so that the arrow is on the left and the title is removed.

  • Updated the landlord statement logic to handle multiple landlords.

  • Changed to the Product Code to allow for different fee types based on first period, renew etc.
  • Changed the amounts shown in the balance column for landlord statements to not include allocated amounts or payments.
  • Changed the NRL Tax posting to set the secondary client as the landlord.
  • Fixed issue where editing a transaction and clicking on the details tab and then cloning would not select a new tab as the details tab is no longer shown.

  • Change bank transfer transaction screen to show associations in the associations tab and only show the account from and to in the detail area.
  • Fixed outputs relating to filenames for certain account outputs.

  • Major change to the way reports work, now picks up the reports filters from the report information and shows the filters dynamically.
  • Changed the accounts transaction screens to cut down the fields initially shown for better ux.
  • Changed the refund holding payment option on the tenant grids to use the refund holding payment dialog instead of a standard transaction dialog.
  • Added the tenancy and property code where relevant on the landlord and tenant account grids.
  • Changed the contact overview notes pin option to affect all contacts not just the one being viewed.

  • Added the ability to clear out the deposit registration information (if the validation failed for some reason).

  • Added additional filters to the property dashboard to allow filtering by Residential, Commercial, Sales or Lettings.
  • Changed the pipeline grid to instead use a pipeline report.

  • Ensured that when the filter button is selected, if the side grid results panel is closed it is subsequently opened (excluding the diary that has its own view).
